Group Registration is available for any group of minimum 10 participants and could enjoy 20% off discount of registration fee. Please fill in the group registration form and return to the AOCC 2019 Secretariat via email at aocc2019.reg@elitepco.com.tw before April 15 to enjoy Early-bird registration rate. Please be reminded that registration fee will return to regular price after April 15.
Society Group Registration is available for any group of minimum 50 participants and could enjoy 30% off discount of registration fee. Please fill in the society group registration form and return to the AOCC 2019 Secretariat via email at aocc2019.reg@elitepco.com.tw before April 15 tto enjoy Early-bird registration rate. Please be reminded that registration fee will return to regular price after April 15.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment for group registration is available by Telegraph Transfer ONLY.
The proof of transaction of the payment MUST be sent via email to the congress secretariat.
Please be reminded that any bank charge occurred during transaction will be paid by registrant.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the AOCC 2019 Registration Office (aocc2019.reg@elitepco.com.tw). The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:
Before April 15, 2019
90% refund of Registration Fee
After April 15, 2019
No refund is applicable
All refund will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
